Multiple long-standing law firms merged to become what we are today. The merging firms included McDaniel, Richardson & Calhoun, PLLC, having a focus on government relations and civil litigation, and Wolff & Ward PLLC, specializing in tax, general business law, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. The resulting firm moved into a new office building in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas in late 2019.

Former Attorney General Dustin McDaniel heads our government relations and commercial litigation practice, which includes Scott Richardson, Bart Calhoun, and Jim Phillips. Their clients include some of America’s largest technology companies, international healthcare organizations, manufacturers, multi-state retailers, states and municipalities, school districts, as well as corporations engaged in highly regulated industries such as tobacco, medical marijuana and casino gaming.

Rufus Wolff and Vince Ward lead our M&A, tax, corporate law, real estate, and estate planning practice. Their clients include manufacturers, multi-state retailers, real estate developers, securities institutions, logistics firms, and high net-worth individuals located in Arkansas and throughout other parts of the country.
